Chinese New Year Salad
This celebratory dish commemorates the first day of the new year. Sashimi grade tuna, shredded green mango, cucumber, carrot and daikon served with a lime plum dressing.

Seafood Ye Fu Mein
House made duck egg noodles are pan fried and topped with a Chinese oyster sauce with fresh lobster meat, shrimp dumplings and scallops. Home cooking at its finest!
