Spice Routes Cocktail Dinner at Wild Ginger Seattle
Join us for Spice Routes, a special one-time cocktail dinner, November 25th at Wild Ginger Seattle! Hosted by Ray Stencel, Diageo Reserve Portfolio Trainer. Delicious handcrafted cocktails will be paired with a multi-course meal created by our Chef de Cuisine, Kevin Chiang.
Seats to the dinner are limited. $130 per person (tax & gratuity included).

Thai Garden Cooler
Ketel One Botanical Cucumber & Mint, Thai Basil shrub, Thai Chili, Lime, Soda
Pairing: Nam’s Rolls. Traditional Southeast Asian vegetable spring roll in a rice paper wrapper with pineapple, jicama, cilantro, mint, tofu, nuoc chom dipping sauce.
Sichuan Heat
Coconut washed Don Julio Blanco, Sichuan pepper, lemongrass, Tamarind, agave, Lime
Pairing: Chicken Chieu Salad. Thinly sliced cabbage, shredded chicken, red onion, carrot, peanuts and aromatic herbs are tossed with a slightly spicy Vietnamese dressing.
Galangal Penicillin
Johnnie Walker Black, Galangal, Honey, Lemon, Lagavulin Float
Pairing: Peanut & fresh herb sea bass. Marinated in house-made fish sauce, pan-fried and topped with aromatic Southeast Asian herbs and crushed peanuts.
Umami Bomb
Shiitake infused and Duck Fat Washed Bulleit Rye, coconut palm sugar, marnite, angostura bitters
Pairing: Fragrant Duck. Twice cooked fresh duck spiced with Sichuan Peppercorn and 5 spice. Served with steamed buns, Sichuan peppercorn salt and sweet plum sauce. A house specialty.

Tanqueray no. Ten, dragonfruit, kaffir lime, lemon, prosecco
Pairing: Seasonal Sorbet.
